Dear Guest or Travel Agent, to confirm a reservation we require full payment of the requested stay 60 days prior to arrival. This can be done by either a bank wire transfer or by credit card transaction. Bank wire transfer info is included below. If you pay by wire transfer you must submit a copy of wire transfer by email or fax. To pay by credit card one must complete and sign a Credit Card Authorization Form and return it by email or fax. Fax numbers are listed below. Please note that the authorized email address for communicating about your reservation is reservations@manglares.com
Failure to make "deposits" or "confirmations of deposits" in a timely manner could result in a cancelled reservation and late payment of commissions to travel agencies.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival: 50% Refund.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days of arrival: 25% Refund
Cancellation between 29 days and day of arrival: No Refund
If you cancel your reservation we will offer you a non-transferable credit for the value of your reservation. This can be used for room payment by the same person anytime during the same calendar year as the original reservation. This offer does not apply to agency reservations.
